Hi, thank you for your question. I'm just looking at gold OA vs subscription. The complete picture includes green, hybrid, bronze etc... The main point to take away is that the headline rate in 2022 is 1.8% (for everything) and, for gold OA, it's 3.4%. There are some complications if we want to get into the weeds. E.g. 'bronze OA' is free to read, but not technically OA. It tends to have a bigger share of the market as we go backwards in time. This is because some journals make content free-to-read after some period (e.g. 1 year). So we have more bronze in 2022 than in 2023. This data hasn't been included, but it could change either graph if we do (depending on whether we consider it to be OA or not).
